Foon was born in Hong Kong and since childhood has had an interest in metaphysics and was always aware of Feng Shui, due to her family background. During the 1990's Foon studied Feng Shui and Chinese Astrology in depth and gained practitioner qualifications.

In 1997, Foon received her first Reiki attunement, developed her skills as a healer and became a Reiki Master.
